As an executive chef I bring my experience of culinary expertise to Harrys. My inspiration comes from earlier travels around the world where I experienced new food and cultures. I want to use my experience and lifestyle to make our menu innovative and give our guest a chance to try a wide variety of cuisine.
The journey as a chef was filled with challenges in the beginning, however that did not deter me or stop me from keep striving and give my best. And now I feel I am a passion Executive chef that always strives for perfection.
